What the contact form receives
We store information entered voluntarily and the minimum technical trace needed to protect the form.
- name, email, and organization when provided
- type of work and message text
- language, page address, browser, and an irreversible IP-address hash

How the data is used
Data is used only to review and answer the request, prevent abuse, and confirm that the request was received.
- we do not sell contact data or use it for bulk mailing
- we do not publish request content
- access is limited to infrastructure providers required to operate the service
retention and rights
Retention, correction, and deletion
Requests are deleted automatically after 365 days. A shorter period or early deletion can be requested by email.

analytics
External analytics runs only with consent
Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, and Microsoft Clarity load only after an explicit choice. Their scripts are not requested before consent.
